Anxiety isn’t just worry—it’s a persistent, overwhelming feeling that can disrupt your thoughts, drain your energy, and make even simple tasks feel impossible. It can show up as racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating, constant overthinking, physical tension, or even panic attacks. Left unmanaged, anxiety can take over your daily life, affecting your work, relationships, sleep, and overall well-being. Generalized Anxiety
Anxiety can feel like a heavy weight, but it’s important to know that anxiety is a normal response to stress. It’s your body’s way of reacting to a perceived threat or uncertainty.
While occasional anxiety is natural and normal, ongoing feelings of worry, tension, or fear can start to interfere with your life, your relationships and
your well-being.
And when it lingers and starts to affect your everyday life, or becomes constant or overwhelming, it can take a toll on you.
At Penney Murphy & Associates, we understand that living with anxiety isn’t easy, but it’s important to remember—you don’t have to face it alone.
