Managing Overwhelm – Eat The Frog

Dreading a big task? Eat the frog first.
The “Eat the Frog” method encourages you to tackle your most dreaded or important task first:

  1. Identify the task that feels the most daunting or essential.
  2. Tackle it first thing in the morning, before the rest of the day distracts you.
  3. Once the task is complete, the rest of your day will feel easier and more productive.

By dealing with the most overwhelming task first, you reduce stress and gain a sense of accomplishment early on.
